Let’s do an experiment. Get these words (displayed above) out in any convenient format for you and let it be the first thing you say to yourself every morning for the rest of this month. You say it out loud enough for your ears to hear as many times as you can. Remember, it must be the first thing from your mouth every morning, doesn’t matter how awkward your day is. Just let’s give it a try. And then later, we’ll talk about the effect of it.
